Shynel - Jewelry Photo AI ("Shynel", "we", "our", or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and retain information when you use our app, website, and related services (the "App").

If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the App.

Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the App, we may collect the following information:

Photos you choose to upload or capture in the App, such as a ring or necklace photo selected for AI generation.
Generation settings you choose, including preset, product type, image ratio, and related prompt instructions.
Generated images and related metadata, such as preset name, ratio, timestamps, and credit usage.
Guest or account identifiers needed to keep your app state, subscription state, and credit balance in sync.
Device and app diagnostics, including crash logs and performance data, to improve reliability.
Basic usage data, such as screens visited and feature usage, to improve the App experience.

AI Processing and Wiro AI

When you tap generate, the App sends only the selected jewelry photo and generation settings to the Shynel AI backend and Wiro AI, our third-party AI image generation provider, to create your requested result.

We do not send your full photo library; only the image you choose or capture for that generation is processed.
The App asks for your permission before sending a selected photo for AI processing.
Wiro AI and our backend providers are expected to protect user data with safeguards comparable to those described in this Policy.

How We Use Information

We use your information to:

Provide AI photo generation and export features.
Manage credits, subscriptions, restore purchases, and app access.
Operate and improve the App, including troubleshooting and performance improvements.
Prevent abuse, enforce limits, and maintain security.

How We Share Information

We may share information in limited cases:

With Wiro AI and our Shynel AI backend to process the selected photo and generation settings for image generation.
With Apple and our purchase or entitlement provider to process subscriptions, restore purchases, and verify entitlements.
With service providers that host, store, secure, or help operate the App on our behalf.
To comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, or protect rights, safety, and security.
In connection with a business transfer, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to applicable law.

Storage and Retention

Your images may be stored locally on your device and may also be temporarily processed by the Shynel AI backend and Wiro AI. We retain data only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the App, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, support purchases, and meet legal obligations.

Photos saved to your device remain under your control and can be removed through your device or gallery tools.
Generated images may remain in the in-app gallery until you delete them.

Your Choices

You can control your data by:

Declining AI processing before generation; if you decline, the selected photo will not be sent for AI generation.
Not uploading photos you do not want processed.
Deleting images from your device and in-app gallery where available.
Revoking photo library permissions in your device settings.
Requesting deletion of data we store on our servers by contacting us at the email below.

Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect the information we process. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in the App.
